Refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because our workshops are intimate experiences with limited spots, we ask that you review our cancellation terms before booking.

Cancellations by you:

• Cancel at least 7 days before your workshop for a full refund.
• Cancel between 3 and 7 days before for a 50% refund, or the option to reschedule once at no charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable, but you're welcome to send someone in your place.

Rescheduling: Need to change your date? Message us at least 3 days before and we'll happily move your booking once, subject to availability.

Cancellations by us: In the rare event we need to cancel (illness, unforeseen circumstances), you'll be offered a new date or a full refund.

Finished bikinis: As each bikini is custom-made by you during the workshop, finished pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
